我一直以为在私人公司里，会比较像公务员的只有马来人
原来华人也有的。。。准时地上班，准时地下班
最近发现公司出现两个公务员咯！
公司上班时间为早上9点至下午5点半
你会发现人来了，却没有人接电话的
9点钟一到，你拨，就会有人听的
然后下午5点半一到，你打肯定没有人接的了
虽然那些公务员还没有离开位置
他们有错吗？没有，他们根据公司条例，完全遵守
还呆着？快点鼓鼓掌啊，很少有人那么遵守公司条例的了
各位，下一次，会多一个公务员哦，那就是我。。。
不过放心，我只有对某些人是公务员咯，呵呵
我很期待，尤其是当他们需要我帮忙的时候。。。啦啦
然后下一次我也想说，我对我的职位有点疑惑
因为我是Sales Admin，不是IT，那么我不用管IT咯，哈哈

ReplyDeletethere's always ppl like those u are talking bout but i never respect those ppl, at least in working time. some works only in office hour but they always forgot that they do their own things as well in these hours; some never answer the phone cos they think it is not their job scope but they made ppl answering all the calls in all the lines, and waited to be called when the calls are for themselves...
these ppl would always think that those working more for the company is stupid as they are not being paid for but what's important to me is that your attitude towards your job and company.....
but do remember, when being asked to do work out from your job scope, do voice out to let ppl know that u don't like to do so but u take it as an order, you have no responsibility to do that but u do it for the good for the company.....simply accept is totally different from when u say "i thought this is xx responsibility/ do i really need to do so", then at least they will know what u think and appreciate what u do....
who r the 2 ppl?

ReplyDeleteTo me, other thing than job scope which want i do, i can do it, but that is not urgent... so i still can put my main job scope things in the priority...
